When designing your bespoke cake, every detail receives our full attention. We use only the finest ingredients, from rich Belgian chocolate, real vanilla beans, seasonal fruits, and silky buttercreams, to ensure every bite is as decadent as it is memorable.

Each bespoke cake features a soft, fluffy and moist sponge, your choice of filling, a chocolate ganache coating, and a thin layer of fondant delivering a moist, flavoursome cake.

Our moist and flavoursome celebration cakes can be covered in fluffy buttercream, luscious white, milk or dark chocolate, and or finished with luxury fondant icing.

Biscoff Butter

moist brown sugar sponge with Lotus Biscoff pieces, soaked in Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla bean infused syrup, filled with fluffy Biscoff butter buttercream and Biscoff crumble (*opt alcohol – Rum infused syrup) 

Birthday-Cake

Black Forest

decadent moist chocolate sponge made with extra brute cocoa, filled with a rich whipped madagascan bourbon vanilla cream, divine chocolate ganache and kirsch soaked cherries (*contains alcohol – opt)

Carrot Cake

moist sponge with organic carrots, Cape raisins, & optional pecan nuts, filled with a brown sugar cream cheese frosting (*contains nuts)

Choco-Tella

light vanilla sponge, soaked in Madagascan Bourbon Vanilla bean syrup, filled with fluffy vanilla bean buttercream & opt strawberry or raspberry preserve

Coffee & Walnut

light coffee sponge with generous amounts of finely chopped organic walnuts, soaked in an espresso infused sugar syrup (opt – Kahlua infused syrup), filled with an espresso infused buttercream (*opt alcohol) (*contains nuts)

Coconut Dream

moist coconut sponge soaked in a coconut infused sugar syrup, filled with raspberry jam and whipped coconut buttercream (*optional Malibu Rum infused sugar syrup)(*contains alcohol)

Cookies n Cream

moist chocolate sponge soaked in vanilla infused syrup filled with Oreo cookie crumble & Oreo Cookie buttercream (*optional Bailey’s Liqueur infused sugar syrup) (*contains alcohol)

Rich Fruit Cake

deep single layer cake made with Cape raisins, sultanas, cherries, chopped almonds (opt nuts) or brandy or rum (opt alcohol), matured for up-to 6 weeks to enhance the cocktail of flavours

Pink Velvet

moist marshmallow sponge coloured pink, soaked in a vanilla infused sugar syrup, filled with fluffy marshmallow buttercream and mini marshmallows

moist nutty pistachio sponge cake, soaked in a pistachio infused syrup, filled with a layer of raspberry jam and white chocolate buttercream

Red Velvet

moist Southern American classic cake made with buttermilk, coloured crimson red, & filled with white chocolate cream cheese buttercream

S’mores Delight

Spiced Caramel Cake

moist brown sugar cinnamon sponge cake, soaked in a cinnamon infused sugar syrup, filled with a layer of caramel sauce, cinnamon apple pieces and fluffy caramel buttercream

Strawberries & Cream

strawberry infused sponge, soaked in strawberry infused sugar syrup, filled with fluffy strawberry ripple buttercream and (optional strawberry compote)

Vanilla Rose

light vanilla sponge, soaked in Rosewater infused sugar syrup, filled with Rosewater infused buttercream

Our cakes are crafted using specially selected, high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients to ensure exceptional flavour and texture.

We take food safety seriously and want our customers to enjoy our treats with confidence. We operate from a certified 5* Food Hygiene Rated Kitchen and we are fully insured.

Each cake is freshly baked to order. We do not bulk bake/ freeze in advance.

You can select multiple cake flavours per tier through our half n half flavour option (i.e.: if you are looking to order a 7″ size cake, you can select 2 flavours for the cake).
